Action-filled competition with full audience appeal. The stars let their hair down as they bowl for strikes and spares and exchange witty ad libs.
Each show features four celebrities, bowling in teams of two. They exchange in do-or-die competitions, and what they occasionally lack in bowling skill, they more than make up for in witty banter. The stars throw themselves into battle with abandon, letting the pins, as well as the chips, fall where they may!
As an added attraction, members of the studio audience are brought into the spirit of the game. This adds to the home viewers’ sense of participation. Each star plays for a member of the audience whose name is drawn from a jar. The winning celebrities get no prizes, but their audience partners win valuable awards. "Losers" are consoled with bowling ball certificates, and everybody’s happy.
