Stephen M. Rodgers has enjoyed continued success as CEO of PRO since his fathers death in 1988. Stephen is the third generation of The Rodgers Family spanning over 100 years serving the entertainment industry. Mr. Rodgers has personally represented, negotiated and placed programming in all forms of media resulting in sales totaling tens of millions in program licensing fees and co-production projects. He is also an active voting member of the Academy Of Television Arts And Sciences (ATAS), an association he has enjoyed since 1989 and has maintained PRO as registered members and annual exhibitors of The National Association Of Television Program Executives (NATPE) going back to the early 1970’s. Mr. Rodgers has also appeared numerous times to lecture at the University Of Southern California's (USC) School of Cinema since 1991.

Teresa Rouse is the trusted source and custodian of client payments and accounts receivable. Her numerous credentials are a valuable asset in her duties which include the careful monitoring and accurate dispersal of the funds collected each year from broadcast and cable licenses, production schedules and home video & DVD companies quarterly royalty statements.

Ron Adler is Director of Operations and maintains client assets. He is the contracts administrator and supervises the PRO office team. Working closely with PRO's clients and vendors, he is the liaison to laboratories, manages electronic and mechanical operations, and oversees records maintenance. He is responsible for the servicing, delivery, coordination and scheduling of over 1,000 hours of programming each month, as well as overseeing PRO's film and tape library which contains over 2,000 elements. Ron is also a Sound Editor and a talented Musician and Composer.

E.Mel assists in the general day-to-day office operations and clerical support. He provides professional services and is a communications specialist. He is responsible for research, development and preparation of artwork and graphics department. He is also an independent consultant, author, artist, performer and producer.

Ray Nielson is the PRO Web Designer and Consultant, responsible for the continuous addition and upkeep of the web content representing the entire PRO library of over 1000 feature films, dozens of off net series, and 200 documentaries and specials.
